Over the past six months we have visited 2 international Drupal events: Drupal Dev Days in Szeged (Hungary) and DrupalCon North America in Austin (USA). Now we have the things to compare the traditions of our Lviv Drupal Camp to.
And we are very pleased with the fact that despite the geographic distances all these people are on the same wavelength. Openness in communication, a true desire to help, sharing experiences with others, and of course having fun! All these things unite the participants of the camp.
How can one forget the last year's Texas Hold'Em tournament? Just recollect those exciting hands and all-ins, a foot tapping rock and blues bash and a friendly afterparty in the company of Drupallers (the people who were strangers for you just a few hours ago) from Moldova, Belarus, Russia and Ukraine? The loads of useful contacts and positive emotions, the infinite amount of beer - these were the features of our last camp.
Such parties charge you with energy for a few months ahead! And to organize such an event is a real pleasure. After all, during the last two Lviv Camps each and every of you have become our close friend. That is why we are doing our best to make the next event even more exciting.
This year we have decided to expand the boundaries of the Camp. But we'll keep a secret for a while... What can we tell you already? We are now busy preparing wide range of activities for you. The program includes a lively laser tag, fun picnic, non-stop code sprint and popular Beer pong (a great gift for the real beer fans)!
It will be cool - we promise!
